I’ve accumulated several pictures I had been wanting to post of our cats over the past 2 weeks, so I thought I’d share those all in one post.
Oxford is such a dog trapped in a cat’s body. Every time we grill out, he has to go outside. And he’s such a mellow cat while he’s outside. Here he is a couple weeks ago, chilling outside, keeping me company while I grill.
Almost 2 weeks ago, our cats started staring at our stove but only at night. Alex and I finally heard something clawing around in the walls, so glue traps are set behind the stove and in-between the dishwasher and counter wall. God knows, if the mouse runs out in the open, our cats won’t do anything about it. Seriously. I have seen a mouse run across Oxford’s paw, and he just stared at it like, “What’s this?” Not. Kidding. We have 5 cats, and they’re worthless when it comes to mouse control.
I threw this shirt over Jasmine because I thought it would annoy her (I know, I’m so mean). Instead, she liked it! Our cats…. so unpredictable sometimes.
Apparently Alex freezes both me and the cats in the house! Marble seems to be enjoying some one-on-one time with the vent a few days ago in the living room. “Oooh, that feels sooo good!”
Last night, since I was feeling a little more human after a weekend of being sick, I decided to bring in the catnip plant while Alex cooked some Persian food.
